The chances of getting an NG in top condition today are low – which made it all the more surprising for Hamprecht when it found an NG 85 in the Black Forest of Germany.

The model series.
With the 1635, the New Generation had another highlight in its repertoire starting in 1985. The truck soon became indispensable in European long-distance haulage. Distinctive were its qualities in the lower rpm range, which made life easier for many drivers.
In addition, the semi-automatic EPS was now offered for the first time, which a few years later would become standard for the series.
