Clean sweep!

Municipal vehicle as a classic: an LP 1113 with a sweeper body has been in the ownership of FISCHER Weilheim GmbH for decades.

They look after the LP 1113: Rudolf Lenerz (left) still takes the vehicle out for drives, Uwe Brandt (centre) coordinates service of the entire fleet and Lukas Unrath (right) is the foreman of the in-house workshop for trucks, commercial vehicles and mechanical engineering.

The model series.

The history of medium-duty front-nosed vehicles with a cubic cab starts goes back to 1965. In contrast to the light-duty LP they have a two-step entrance. Following the facelift in 1968 the "medium-duties" then had a B in their model series designation. Their characteristic features included three instead of the previous two front windscreen wipers.
