Actros special models – part 1 of the new series on RoadStars

In 2018, Mercedes‑Benz Trucks launched the Actros Racing Edition Austria on the Austrian market. Even with only a faint interest in racing anyone will soon recognise the colours:  like the Silver Arrows of the Mercedes‑AMG Petronas Motorsport Formula 1 team, the Actros is painted in Chrystal Laurith Silver. High‑quality green decals add a splash of colour to the Actros, enhancing the overall look of this exclusive special racing edition. Stainless steel and chrome applications add yet another touch of style to the truck, of which only ten have been sold.

A living room on wheels.

The Actros Racing Edition Austria is available with 375 kW, 390 kW as well as 425 kW and 460 kW. A few simple touches to the interior have transformed the cab, which comes in the L cab, BigSpace or GigaSpace variants, into something resembling a living room:  if you really wanted to, you could even get a 22‑inch full HD television with digital DVB‑T2‑HD reception, LED background lighting and DVD player into the cab!

So the Actros in a nutshell: maximum performance, the best driving and living comfort as well as maximum efficiency, combined with sporty elegance.

The Actros Racing Edition Austria comes with another exclusive feature:  a complete package for the truck containing a driver’s jacket, cap, towel and gloves – specially for the driver and all in Racing Edition design – plus a Mercedes‑Benz bag.
