RoadStars says thank you for a wonderful year with you all – it was a year full of exciting stories and great experiences!
Dear RoadStars, What a year, what a trip! On our journey together through 2017, we didn't just cope with icy temperatures in Sweden, marvel at impressive trucks in Geiselwind, Bavaria, put future technology to the test and sing "Country Roads" at the top of our voices in an Actros driver's cab – above all, we met old friends and made new ones. Across all borders.
We're proud to see you growing closer. And proud that we were able to grow closer to you. You make RoadStars what it is today: a family.
2017. We look back on a year full of highlights. Well, we should probably say: the entire year was one big highlight! Because never before in the short history of RoadStars have we had so many promotions, competitions, new input and unique pictures.
Let's just take another brief look back – and look forward to next year!
Team Skills, Power, Cleverness – those are the characteristics that the finalists had to show and prove in Sweden in 2017.
For three days, the 12 finalists from six different countries fought boldly through each task: slalom, drifting, tug-of-war – and all that on a thick layer of snow!

The Truck Trophy is now going to be called the RoadStars Trophy.
Every theory is only as good as it is in practice. That is why 19 RoadStars did a test drive to try out future features and systems on board the Mercedes-Benz trucks under real conditions.
A great day with close insight into the future of trucks.
50 places were up for grabs in a prize draw. 50 blue steering wheels were given the chance to enjoy two unforgettable days of action at the tipper show in Wörth. Driving trucks around the test track, sounding out the new Unimog in off-road terrain, and of course enjoying a factory tour in Wörth!
The highlight of our summer: the 2017 Truck Grand Prix. RoadStars invited many members and fans to the exclusive RoadStars VIP lounge to enjoy the great party at the Nürburgring together.
Our backstage reporters were also on hand. Pascal from the Netherlands, Guido from Germany and this year's Truck Trophy winner Fabian from Switzerland.
Once again, the Truckers' Festival in Geiselwind was a complete success with truckers and their families. And RoadStars celebrated another premiere: under the heading of "Trucks and Guys", all the members reported cool stories from the festival to the RoadStars community on Facebook. Live!
We'd like to say thank you! Not just for however many millions of kilometres you all covered. But also for the fascinating interviews, for every single contribution, each click and each comment. We're proud of you!
