Have you seen the impressive Actros from Be-Pall in Lelystad yet? The jet-black BigSpace has been on show at amongst other things the Mercedes-Benz stand at the last TruckStar Festival. There, thousands of enthusiasts marvelled at the truck and its paintwork by MW Design in Schijndelvon. One person is able to enjoy the truck every single day - the driver, Alex Schuit. He is only 23 years of age and is already sitting in one of the finest Actros trucks in the Netherlands. That's not something everyone can boast about! Everything comes together in more ways than one, for he and his truck also win the CharterWay photo competition and a 150 Euro voucher for the Mercedes Benz shop.

Alex is very satisfied with his Actros. This is reflected in the way he regularly sacrifices a day off to participate in events where the beautiful Mercedes Benz is a welcome guest. Last year, for example, he took part in the Stern Trucks Festival in Veenendaal.

The most striking aspect of the truck is the paintwork. Various places are decorated with beautifully designed horses. When asked if he is a horse freak, Alex denies this: "Not especially. I think it's wonderful that they decorate my truck, however, it is mainly my boss who is interested in horses." And is he interested in horsepower? "For sure" Alex replies with a laugh. "480 horses suits me perfectly!“

Alex, congratulations on winning the photo competition, and best wishes for the many wonderful kilometres to come!
