Actros limited-edition models – part 11

With the Black Liner and White Liner limited-edition model, we present an Actros from the year 2010 that radiates timeless beauty through optical contrasts. The curtain rises to part 11 of the series!
Diamond white and obsidian black – although the Actros White Liner and Actros Black Liner both stand equally for their strength of expression and quality, the model’s fascination arises from the contrasts it contains. It is clear at first sight that both versions of the limited-edition model, which is limited to 500 vehicles, are the stars of Mercedes‑Benz Trucks at IAA 2010.
Although their exteriors are entirely different – they are united by their focus on an exclusive look. While the Black Liner has chrome on the wing mirrors, they are painted white on the White Liner; the stainless-steel steps of the Black Liner are finished in black in the White Liner; the chrome rim of the headlamp of the Black Liner is designed in black in the White Liner. LED daytime running lights and navigation lights complete the striking appearance of both trucks.

Whoever takes the steps up to the interior and gazes inside will never wish to leave the cab. The air-conditioned seats, the steering wheel and armrests – all of noble leather in a warm light-brown colour that creates an immediate sense of well-being. The exclusive appearance is supplemented by a dashboard and ventilation nozzles in a burl wood look.
All-round comfort at the wheel.
The driver feels like the “king of the road” and can enjoy automatic air conditioning and an electric sunroof. In addition, the limited-edition model is equipped with electric blinds on the windscreen, ambient lighting and a refrigerator. Active Brake Assist 2 increases safety on board, and this is supplemented by Lane Keeping Assist, Safety Control Assist and a driver’s airbag. On request, a retarder and adaptive cruise control can also be fitted.
